In 1996 Walls Furniture opened it's doors in a small warehouse in Yorktown, Indiana.  The very first mattresses we sold were Bowles mattresses.  Another family store, Longs Landing in Bloomington Indiana, had been carrying Bowles mattresses since the 80's with great success and reliability.  It's been a long time since we sold that first Bowles mattress and through the years Walls Furniture has grown in part with the growth and expansion of the Bowles Mattress Company. 

Walls Mattress came about in the summer of 2009 after years of contemplating the idea of a dedicated mattress store.  Of course Bowles mattresses were the only choice for Walls Mattress.  While most major mattress manufacturers have a return rate of 8% or higher, we have experienced less than 1% returns yearly and Bowles has maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau througout it's 35 year history.  A vacant space next to the Walls Furniture store in Muncie presented the perfect opportunity to test the idea and it was an immediate success.  The concept was to operate as a factory direct store, much the same way as the stores operated by Bowles Mattress in the Jeffersonville and Louisville area. By offering customers multiple choices at every price level from economy to luxury while always using the best quality materials in every mattress, we are able to find the right mattress for you that will last for years to come. 

Walls Mattress has four convenient locations to serve East Central Indiana and the northside of Indianapolis:  3605 N. Nebo Rd in Muncie (next to Walls Furniture), 2439 E. 67th St. in Anderson (inside Walls Furniture), 2355 Conner St. in Noblesville (accross from Hardees on the corner of 32 & Cumberland) and 17419 Carey Rd in Westfield.  Visit one of our stores today and speak with a mattress expert today.
